The view from the window was flawless, 10/10, but the hotel sits up on a hill so you can't drive in; we had to lug our bags for a 5‑minute walk. We were unaware the restaurant was closed, yet the owner arranged a special dinner that evening. The hotel supplied an iron when we asked. The only downside was the hot water issue that required a request to fix.

The stay was comfortable and felt safe, about 2km from the market area, and breakfast arrived on time. Caretaker Javaz Hussain was very helpful, giving us early breakfast, extra water bottles, and assistance with heavy luggage; hot water worked once the geyser was on. However, the external door locks need fixing, there’s a drainage smell in the bath area that should be addressed, and breakfast could offer more variety.

This resort was amazing and very comfortable; the rooms are spacious with a nice washroom and big windows overlooking the forest on the opposite side of the valley. The place is quiet and clean, and a very kind young man handled breakfast service with care.

My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant, with friendly and cooperative staff and clean, comfortable rooms. However, I was a bit disappointed by the poor condition of the approach road, which made it difficult to navigate.

Although I encountered two issues during my stay - the lights cutting off at night and the heater not working - the hotel and its staff were otherwise exceptional, earning a perfect score from me.
