When I arrived, they told me the hotel was fully booked and let me use an outdoor toilet that was filthy; the host never apologized, and the alternative rooms they offered were unsuitable. The contact number listed online was wrong, and I told them to correct it—very disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathrooms were tiny, and I was not happy at all; I only stayed because it was late and I didn’t want to cause more delays. The room setup and the alternative place provided were inadequate.
