We enjoyed excellent breakfast and dinner, comfy beds, and a private wellness area that felt just for us. The 17:00 sauna ritual was a highlight. However, we were told a wedding would be held Saturday, but guests arrived a day early and it was unclear where we could go. On the wedding day, common rooms were booked, leaving us feeling like second‑class guests. We were moved to a different room for food, which was poorly set up—lights had to be turned on, no music, unclear service times, and the waitress was only sporadic. The wellness area closed at 8 PM, so my wife and I had to retreat to our room with a tiny minibar that offered almost nothing, no wine, which was disappointing for our anniversary celebration. If I’d known a wedding was happening, I’d have canceled, because the hotel’s beauty couldn’t be fully enjoyed. Still, we wish the newlyweds a long life together and think better organization would help in such situations.
