It was way overpriced for what it was, and the room needed a deep clean, especially around the windows.

The location was perfect for our needs, but it was expensive.

The room was great, the staff lovely, and the location fabulous, with comfortable beds, good sized rooms, and a Yorkshire pub restaurant downstairs.

The accommodation was very nice, comfortable and luxurious, with a big shower and a comfy bed—everything you could hope for. The staff were friendly, and the beer selection was very good. The only downside was that breakfast was not included.

The location was great for walking and right in the heart of Sedburgh. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the dog felt very welcome with treats, a bed, a towel, and bowls provided. The good service was rather slow, however.
