“Enjoyable”
The grounds were very nice and the atmosphere was good, though it was a little expensive.

The location was amazing and the property beautiful, making it ideal for a weekend escape in the countryside; we received a free upgrade to a suite, which was absolutely fabulous.

Staff were very welcoming and thoughtful and incredibly dog friendly. Children in the spa /pool
“Never stayed as Hotel closed!”
The hotel cancelled our stay because of refurbishment, and the afternoon tea voucher we had was not honoured.
The spa was out of order, the pool was freezing, the jacuzzi was broken, and both dinner and afternoon tea were overpriced. The rooms were cramped and dated, clearly needing renovations.
