I paid for breakfast and it was good, and the location was excellent. I had stayed there before and didn’t get what I wanted; this time I didn’t get what I wanted either. I was upset because my family was close by but I didn’t get my wish. They need to give you what you required since I made my reservations in advance; families need to be close. I need better accommodation!

My stay had its ups and downs. The staff were really helpful, allowing us to check in a bit early, which was a nice touch. The hotel's location is also super convenient, with plenty of attractions in Ocho Rios within easy reach. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room, which didn't match the pictures - the bed had plain white sheets and zero decor, and the bathroom was a bit of a letdown, with no privacy for the shower.

Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. I wasn't offered breakfast, which was a bit of a surprise. To make matters worse, I encountered some cleanliness issues, including dirty kitchenware and a broken toilet seat.
