“Napoli... caos total”
The welcome from Mattia completely changed the experience, and without him I doubt I could have checked in so easily. The room was spacious, had two balconies, and plenty of natural light, and it was very clean. The location and building were not great—the area between the train station and the hotel is ugly, and the building is old and poorly maintained. One night was fine, and with Mattia’s tips we managed well, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
The stay was perfect; thanks to Mattia I was able to explore, and he gave me great tips for a better experience in Naples.
The host kept in touch and provided a lot of useful information.
