Hotel Fazenda Golden Park Campos do Jordão

Everything was wonderful – the breakfast was delicious, the heated pool was great, towels were provided for pool use, and everything was well organized; we celebrated our wedding anniversary here and already want to return with our kids. The bathroom glass door bangs shut and could use a better latch, and the TV signal quality was poor with few channels working well; small tweaks would make the stay even better.

I stayed in the pretty, tree‑lined area of the hotel, and the breakfast was good, but the building itself was old, had no elevator, and the wooden floors were noisy.

Nothing matched the description; you have to pay for everything, even the pet stay, even though you informed them you had a pet. The room was dirty, stinky, had exposed wiring, and the bedding felt like it belonged to World War II.
