The outdoor area is nicely green and well tended, and the pool is a highlight. Inside, the house feels a bit neglected, with worn furniture. The breakfast is a DIY affair, but the coffee machine is old and unreliable. The bidet lacks hot water and smells bad because of the drains and the old, decaying fixtures.

The agriturismo sits in a truly wonderful spot with a spectacular view of the surrounding hills. The setting is rustic yet very comfortable, perfect for those who want an authentic stay without sacrificing convenience. A special shout‑out to the lady, whose unique kindness and willingness to meet every guest’s need are remarkable. Breakfast is excellent, always suitable and made with fresh, genuine ingredients. You really feel at home here and breathe absolute peace. If you want a place to relax and experience the essence of the beautiful Tuscan countryside, stay here! The only suggestion is to add a shelf in the bathroom to hold a beauty case.

The property is courteous, especially at the tennis court. However, the rooms lack air conditioning and mosquito nets. There are also cobwebs and spiders in the high corners of the rooms.

The setting is in the middle of nature, very quiet. Everything was fine. Nothing was out of order.
