The place was organized and clean.

The location was great, with many attractions within walking distance and public transport nearby. The room was under‑equipped: the AC only blew a little cool air, a recurring issue noted in other reviews. The shower mat was dirty with brown stains on its edges, and there were no shelves in the shower, so I had to put my shampoo and toiletries on the toilet tank. The room clearly wasn’t cleaned properly, and I don’t understand why I was charged a cleaning fee, especially since I found a large clump of hair upon arrival.
The room was large, clean, and very close to the Colosseum. The metro and bus station were also nearby (5 minutes walk), and the train station was about 15 minutes walk, but you can also take the metro to it. The shared kitchen was very clean. The room had a separate bathroom and windows that let in a lot of natural light. To enter the building and your apartment, you have to use the button on your phone to unlock the door, which can be troublesome if your phone dies or you leave it in the room and can’t get in without it.

The staff in charge were not friendly and unwilling to resolve the situation. Despite multiple reminders, the hotel never sent me an invoice for the stay, even though they promised one. This is a serious problem, especially for anyone needing a receipt. I do not recommend this accommodation.
