The staff greeted me warmly and made everyone feel at ease; they were all helpful, available, and eager to assist. The room was very calm and relaxing, so I’m definitely coming back. The downside was that the restaurant and bar shut down at 9 PM, which feels unfair for a hotel with overnight guests, especially since the area isn’t surrounded by many other businesses and night‑time options are scarce.

The Chevou crew are excellent and kind, to be honest I took one of the best decision to choose here. Very very clean 👌 👏 and without forgetting the maintenance staff and the security team. Chapo. Absolutely nothing

The food was superb, the price reasonable, and the lodging itself was great—awesome, awesome! There was nothing to dislike about Vivy Hill Hotel; keep up the good work.
