“Perfect stay on a shopping trip”

The room was spotless, spacious enough for two people with a lot of luggage, and the location was great—just a short walk away. The staff were wonderful and helpful, and there was a luggage storage after check‑out. A big party outside the hotel caused a lot of noise even though we kept the windows closed; nothing the hotel could do about it, but that was the only downside.

The location and view were great, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was good too. I had trouble sleeping because the fire alarm light in the room was a bright green and too intense; if you need a dark room, skip this place. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

“Warm and welcoming”

The location was perfect for the town center and the theatre. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was no major trouble. The room was clean and well presented, with lovely extras like hair & body wash and hand & body lotion. No major issues, though a few snacks would have been nice.

I liked that the hotel served breakfast buffet which was delicious and fresh.It was clean on arrival and had the necessary facilities. The reception staff did keep our bags until 4pm, and helped us carry the bags to the car. It was quite expensive, I also had to pay an addition 30 pounds for late check out-I think this should be free for paying customers. I also didnt like that on Thursday I returned to an uncleaned room, I raised this with the staff and they said it would be attended to, when I returned, The room was still not cleaned and only the bed had been made. When I booked the hotel , I chose it among many others because it advertised having a restaurant and room service, when I got there, the online room service menu only offered drinks not food
