“Trasferta a Salerno”
Great location, constant and clear contact with staff, key pickup and bureaucracy handling are very convenient. The room is very large, bright, and well finished, with a comfortable and spacious bed. The palatial building has a staircase that doesn’t fit the context, which is a pity because the first‑visit brochure is not great (hanging electrical cables and walls repainted only up to a certain height). Breakfast at the bar is unclear about what’s included; from day to day, extra charges appeared for “not included” items: on the first day 1 cappuccino, 1 juice and 2 croissants were all included; on the second day 1 cappuccino, 1 juice and 2 pastries required an extra 3 €: 1 € for each pastry and 1 € for the juice. When we pointed out the difference, the reply was “we were wrong.” A bad impression, not so much about 3 € (it was a business trip) but about the different treatment on two days.
