How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is close to Erqi square, with many restaurants at the foot of the hotel. The staff were very pleasant despite the language barrier (at reception, housekeeping, laundry, and the dining room). Everything needed was present, and the self‑service laundry was a plus. The only downside was the high‑speed Wi‑Fi, which I didn’t find fast enough, but I had my phone to browse sites without being blocked by the Chinese firewall.

The property is part of a commercial building with offices on floors 2 to 14; the rooms are on floors 15 to 22 and have a good city view. Erqi square is busy with many food options nearby. The room had a new‑furniture smell for some reason and the AC took a long time to cool the room.

Everything was good except the staff at reception had no knowledge of English. They didn’t speak a single word of English, yet they were very helpful.

The room was spacious and within walking distance of Erqi Plaza and other shopping malls, with many halal restaurants nearby. The lobby was quite gloomy.
