Good air conditioning and mattress, clean, nice and helpful staff. The building is beautiful and fun. The location and bathrooms need replacement, and the stairs have very high steps, making it hard to haul luggage upstairs.

It’s very close to the airport and the room was comfortable. The walls in the room were damp, and at night there was a lot of noise.

Very clean, lovely staff, great facilities for the price. The staff even carried all of our luggage for us, which was a lot as we were leaving for the airport the next day. Highly recommended 👍 It was difficult to find in the dark. We took a Grab to the place and the driver had trouble getting to the correct road. Also, you can’t hang clothes in the bathroom; there’s only a small rail used for towels.

The staff were extremely polite, the location was excellent and quiet, the kitchen came fully equipped with dishes, a stove, toaster and microwave, the fridge was shared and you could cook your own meals, there was a water cooler, two pools each with two loungers, a kettle in the room, liquid soap, shampoo, a toothbrush and a toothpaste sample for short stays, and I felt very comfortable at this hotel.

The place was clean, comfortable and brand‑new, the staff were friendly, and when we left something behind they let us know and even offered to deliver it by GoJek—thanks Vivaldi, keep it up, but the road to the property was quite narrow, making it a bit tricky to bring a Hiace or Elf in (though it was possible), and the washbasin was broken; we complained and they said they’d fix it, but we were in a hurry to leave, so as long as the shower water and toilet worked we were fine—thanks again Vivaldi, please improve this.
