The house had everything we needed. We were given a free crib and a high chair for the older child. It was very clean, and the owner was very helpful. During the days we stayed, it was very hot and the lower floor didn’t cool enough. The only thing we missed was a courtyard where we could sit outside a little.
“the house provided us a very peaceful and quiet holiday. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches.”
The two‑storey house sits in Koumeika, a small village in the hills. The village has the most charming square on the island, with historic buildings, large trees, and two lovely restaurants. Koumeika is also conveniently close to the best beaches on the south coast. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with a kitchen that has all the necessary amenities.
“pricewise it was fair and good”
All the staff we needed were present and the place was very clean; the owner was very kind and helpful. The water pressure wasn’t perfect, but that’s not the house’s fault—it’s the same issue that occurs on the island during summer.
Very pretty and traditional little house with all the essentials, warm water available 24/7, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and my husband loved that it had the Cosmote sports channels as a bonus treat. They welcomed us with fresh grapes and tsipouro, which we really liked. Full village experience!! :) Everything was okay.
The house is very well equipped and has just been renovated, and it sits close to the main square of the charming village. It served as our base for exploring the western part of the island, though parking can be a bit challenging, which adds to the experience.
