I was disappointed by the lack of a knife, fork, and plate, the dim lighting, and the fact that I couldn't prepare food or add salt, sugar, or water; there was no fridge and only one tea bag could be brewed; the room was noisy with sounds from every other room.

The staff were friendly and the sheets were clean, but the location was inconvenient and the room had no bathroom.
