“Misled”
I didn’t stay long enough to see the apartment. No parking onsite as suggested. No pool, unless you want to travel 1km to a private villa. Directions to the property take you to a narrow one‑way alley, which resulted in my vehicle being damaged. I didn’t stay and asked for a refund. They are refusing to give me one.
The view is great, but the air conditioning is awful.
The view from the rooftop terrace was nice. However, we were given directions to the nearest parking spot, which was inconvenient. We had to walk to the accommodation first (many stairs), then return to the car to unload our luggage. That was impossible with all those stairs. It’s better to drive straight to the accommodation, unload, and then park. To reach the apartment, you also have to climb many stairs. Inside, only the bedroom had air conditioning; the hallway/kitchen area was very warm. There is no private balcony or terrace—just a shared rooftop terrace. Note that a pool is available for an extra €100 per day. There was no homemade cake as mentioned in other reviews. The photo shows the view from the window.
“Il Vesuvio al tramonto è straordinario”
Everything was flawless, from the super friendly and helpful host to the spotless room and the breathtaking sunset view of the Vesuvio from the terrace. I would definitely recommend it, and if I ever return to Sarno, I’ll definitely stay here again!
“Excellent time had. Host also superb.”
The location was excellent. The terrace offered amazing views and a cooling breeze. It’s close to train stations and feels authentic, spacious, and simple with everything you need. If you get the chance to stay here, you should. Everything was better than I expected.
