“Alt und sehr schlecht gepflegt”

Andy from the security team is a part-time guide and arranges tours and rides—highly recommended! The reception team connects you with him. The hotel complex is old, with bad management; the bathroom is poorly cleaned and full of limescale spots, the overall equipment is very old, fixtures are not repaired, the shower curtain is moldy, the shower head is too low, tile seams crumble, towels and sheets are frayed. The reception ignores messages, the carpet is dirty and stained, small windows in the Deluxe room, noisy neighbors and echoing. The air quality is poor, room‑service food arrives almost a day before reaching the doors, the restaurant is bland and geared towards mass local tour groups, and laundry service is unavailable.

“Absolutely terrible 😞 said it included international Buffet breakfast but all they offered was toast, coffee, mei goreng”

Friendly staff, but nothing else was good. The swimming pool was very dirty with green slime.
