The location is good, and the staff were pleasant both day and night. There was no heating in the bathroom, and the overall comfort does not match that of a three‑star hotel.

The location is perfect right in the city centre, just a few metres from the town hall. The loft‑style room was fully renovated, bright and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, from the front desk to the weekend night‑watch. The only downside is that the bathroom is also loft‑style and a bit tricky to use for a man.

“Ok but overpriced for what we got”

The location was great, and the staff were very helpful and warm. The hotel has an elevator and a nice bar area outside. The room we got, 11, isn’t ideal for a light sleeper because it’s right next to the noisy lift and lacks blackout curtains, so the street light outside the window near the bed bleeds in and makes the room too bright. The bathroom is fine but has a shower‑bathtub combo, which could be a problem for someone with mobility issues. We’ve never stayed in a hotel that only offered one pillow with none available, and both of us had restless sleep and felt awful the next day.
