“Es war toll”
The location is great and the design feels very modern and cozy, but the noise from outside and the city air‑conditioning vents was unfamiliar.

The place is in a great spot and we received a $25 voucher for every day of our stay to use at the hotel restaurant or coffee shop.

The location was perfectly central; if I came back, I’d rent a car for the excursions because valet costs $65/day plus tax, but the valet staff were quick and organized, returning our car in 15 minutes, which saved us the hassle of parking in Waikiki’s congestion. Room service was excellent and we felt very cared for by our room attendant, Nori, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. The junior suite had enough space for a table and couch, making the living area very comfortable. The daily activities (orchid lei‑making, ukulele lessons, arts and crafts), saltwater pool and shave ice were a great touch. I would definitely return.

The vibe was laid back, the large corner suites gave teenagers plenty of space to spread out, we had a breakfast credit, reef‑safe sunscreen and pool towels, and it was close to everything. The only downside was the pool was small.

The beds were comfortable, the location was central, towels were free, and a beach chair could be borrowed. The late‑night arrival and a room that wasn’t available (the manager’s response was very satisfactory with a night’s cancellation) were issues. The wallpaper was peeling, the credit system couldn’t be carried over from one day to the next, and the pool was under renovation without prior notice.
