The price was affordable, which was a real plus when booking. The accommodation was also well‑located for our stay. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The main issue was the bedding—extremely hard and uncomfortable, leaving us with mattress‑related pain every morning, which really affected our stay. We had also chosen this place partly because it was advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen so we could prepare meals on site. To our surprise, the kitchen was practically unusable: the oven didn’t work, and there were no pots, pans, or cooking utensils. It’s hard to call a kitchen “equipped” when you can’t actually cook there. Given these factors, the accommodation fell short of our expectations and the advertised amenities.

The owner didn’t know English, was extremely harsh and complicated.

The place was spotless, the room huge, and the owner was incredibly kind and helpful.

Everything was perfect, but everything was also a bit too much.
