“Agradable para un fin de semana”
The gardens are well kept and there are several activities that make the stay enjoyable. The pool is just a pond.

Everything is amazing, it’s a SUPER PLACE. Nothing to complain about.

The building is pretty, an old hacienda. The rooms are old, gloomy, need renovation, carpets are dirty and old, and there’s no Wi‑Fi anywhere. Staff service is average, and there’s a lack of personnel.

The restaurant has good service, especially from the Chef and his crew. The menu is short and lacks regional specialties, but the chef’s personal attention is noticeable. The rooms are old and not updated, yet they keep the hotel’s original style that has more than fifty years of history. I traveled with my partner expecting a place that had given me many memorable weekends as a child, and the site is still magical, but I left my bag unattended for a moment and it vanished. When I insisted the staff look for it, they not only were unempathetic but also commented on how I was carrying the bag and didn’t bother to search more carefully. Beyond the card‑cancelling and document‑retrieval, that bag held irreplaceable personal mementos and cash for tips and local expenses. I was deeply disappointed to find that the wonderful place I loved as a child had become insecure and unfriendly. The worst part was that the night before the theft, they texted me insisting that the charge we had made on arrival was wrong, implying that the front‑desk staff could be affected, so I went early to check that charge and pay the difference. Even for that situation, the front‑desk staff did not care about my missing belongings. They have a huge sign stating that the company is not responsible for guests’ valuables, but at least they could ensure their staff do not steal guests’ property, especially since it is difficult to keep a hand‑bag in the safe, which also lacks a full mechanism for use. I was told not to return, despite the beautiful memories I had of the place. I hope the owners take action, because this kind of incident is a bad recommendation for their business.

The facilities like the event hall and the pool are great. There’s no internet and no heating in the rooms.
