The room was superb and roomy, breakfast was fine. We dined there a couple of times and it was truly exceptional, with fabulous food and fantastic service; everyone was extremely attentive and friendly. I can’t think of anything negative.

Probably one of the best hotels in the area, perfectly positioned to view the Loire castles and explore the wine region, and the restaurant was amazing as well.

The charm of the building, the pool and jacuzzi, and the breakfast tarts were delightful. The bed was very comfortable and the place was very quiet for rest. The toilet size is an issue—if you have very long legs you can’t close the door while sitting on the bowl—and there are a few harmless spiders around the hotel.

The room was great and the location was perfect, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful.
