The bacon was so tough I couldn’t eat it, but the continental breakfast was fine; there was no lift to the first floor, so carrying a heavy case up was bad for my back, parking was pricey, and toothpaste residue was left around the sink.

The place was clean with good meal options and breakfast, but I had to pay an extra £13.50 for a parking spot even though I had a room booked; the lady behind the bar wouldn’t warm my baby’s food because they had no means to do so, so I had to ask the reception lady to help.
