How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is good, close to Bd Diagonal. I didn’t like that the photos on Booking were AI‑generated; they don’t match reality. The room is small, with peeling walls and paint. The outlets are loose and only one works. The bathroom door is swollen with moisture. The air conditioner feels like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages; it’s old and worn out, not like the posted pictures.

The property’s location is good: close to the train station, a bus stop right in front of the building, and groceries and restaurants nearby. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we appreciated being able to check in early. The room needs some maintenance, but otherwise everything is great.

The cleaning staff were friendly. After four days there was no reception, only a rude receptionist on the phone, and it was hard to find the place—no signage. The apartment turned into a hostel. Two stars for the price.

There are no positives; the team is absolutely tiny. In the room you can hear everything, making it impossible to sleep. The point of such rooms and hostels is to just find a place to stay, but that’s impossible here—every rustle or door slam is audible. Young people next to us were coming home at 4 am and talking loudly, and this went on for all three days of our stay. After the second day we contacted management and asked to be moved or to warn other guests, but we were ignored. No one speaks English; communication is only via messages or gestures.

The room was just the right size for two people, with a good bathroom, free TV, and a fridge‑freezer available. There was no view of Barcelona, not enough charging sockets, and no hot breakfast.
