I appreciated the long reception hours, but the room had no window and the air‑conditioner kept turning on by itself; the breakfast was very bland and the overall service felt like a standard, uninspired offering.

The location, cleanliness, and comfort are all good.

The owners were very courteous and the room décor is modern; however, there was zero flexibility with breakfast timing—five minutes after the scheduled end, all food was removed, though coffee was still served in the bar area; while rules are understandable, hospitality should be more customer‑centric; the price‑quality ratio was disproportionate, especially given the small room size, though it was high season so somewhat understandable; there is no free parking as stated, only a reduced‑price option; the outdoor area is small and the view is right next to the road.

The hotel is a very nice, quiet spot in one of the less touristy towns around Lake Garda, fresh and clean, and the staff are among the most helpful I've ever met; I highly recommend the adjacent restaurant, which was one of the best we ate at during our stay, and I can warmly recommend this hotel :) Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The coffee was good, but that was about it on the positive side; the staff were incredibly unfriendly, breakfast was not just simple but somewhere between bland and awful, the house smelled bad, and to cover it up, Kloduft was sprayed everywhere, even in the rooms during cleaning attempts.
