“In short, there are other options in Nusa Ceningan which offer better value and quality. And of course the location is a”
The place is clean with good views, and the staff are very polite, even apologizing for positive feedback. They use WhatsApp after check‑in so you have a record of any requests, but that means you have to keep checking your phone, which is a minor inconvenience. The location isn’t the best—very remote and only reachable with the hotel’s transport schedules. Renting scooters can help, but broken roads and darkness make it risky. Food options are limited because of the distance, and the in‑house restaurant has a small menu. Some staff still seem new, so language barriers can happen. A few sharp edges on the wooden cot left bruises on my legs. Laundry is pricey and only average; some stains remained after delivery, and the staff dismissed my comments about wash quality as an excuse for a discount, which wasn’t the case.
“Ottimo servizio di ristorante e bar, ma posizione scomoda da raggiungere e accoglienza poco preparata.”
The rooms were beautiful. The restaurant and bar staff were very helpful and courteous, always friendly throughout our stay. The shuttle staff were also nice and did their best given the road conditions. The building sits on a cliff and is hard to reach: the access road is rough and makes any movement difficult. The shuttle service is decent and helpful, but it doesn’t fully make up for the inconvenience. Reception and front desk staff are not up to the standard of the rest of the property: not everyone speaks English, which complicates even the simplest requests.
The pool and views were stunning, the rooms were gorgeous with comfy beds, and breakfast could be enjoyed while looking at the fantastic view – great value for money. The staff are just wonderful people, the location was quiet but not far from bars and restaurants, and they organized scooter massages; it was such a quality resort that we didn’t want to leave. No negatives.
“Peaceful, tranquil, accessible to the islands and in harmony with nature.”
I loved the food, the service was amazing and the location was gorgeous. Nothing else to complain about – it truly surpassed what we expected!
The pool area and sunsets were stunning, and the castaway BBQ was great. The surrounding roads were steep and rough.
