The rooms were clean and well maintained, but the air‑conditioners had no remote controls.

The location is great, close to services, street‑front paid parking, and the room had a terrace. On two winter days with 10 °C outside, the owners kept the heating on for an hour the whole time, and the split units had no remote, managed remotely by the owners. Inside the room there was a pay‑per‑cup coffee machine and also paid water in the mini‑fridge.

The location is ideal for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, ready to meet any need. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone seeking tranquility and comfort. Nothing was out of place; everything was flawless!

The staff were helpful and kind; I had a check‑in issue that was resolved immediately after a phone call with the owner, and the check‑out was quick with a very courteous lady.
