“Location, Staff ed Accoglienza Super!”

This Riad is perfectly located for exploring the medina, with the Royal King Palace nearby and a strong sense of security in the area. The internal courtyard is stunning, with a beautiful pool and idromassaggio. The staff were always available and very helpful, but it was Fatima, the housekeeper, who truly stood out for her kindness, gentleness, and dedication. I would give her a 10/10 rating for her exceptional service.

“Hotel muy costoso por el precio pagado , no llegó a mis expectativas”

While I enjoyed my stay at this Riad, there were a few issues that detracted from my experience. The bed was very comfortable, and the decoration and cleanliness of the room were excellent. However, the shower temperature was inconsistent, and there was no TV in the room. To make matters worse, there was no Wi-Fi in the room, and I had to go to the hallway or downstairs to the patio to get a signal. The breakfast was also disappointing, with no fruit available.

“Wonderful place to stay, would definitely recommend”

I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Youseff and Fatima Zahra, who made me feel right at home and went out of their way to assist me with everything I needed. Their warm hospitality and helpful nature truly made my stay unforgettable.
