The place was great, right in the middle of everything. I loved the location – just a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. Overall, a solid stay.

The hostess was super friendly and always ready to help. The garden in the center was a real highlight – a peaceful green space right in the middle of the town. The room was decent, but the real charm was the garden. I definitely recommend staying here if you want a calm spot.

The cabins are just two blocks from Puerto Viejo’s main street, so walking downtown is a breeze, and the Caribbean-style architecture and lush greenery make the place feel secluded. But the place needs some upkeep – the shared bathroom’s doors are a nightmare: one side has no faucet so you can’t open it from outside, the other sticks in the frame and makes a loud squeak every time you move it, which is a nightmare at night.

The hotel is super close to the city center and surprisingly quiet, and the staff are really friendly. The only downside is that you have to park your car on the street, which can be a hassle.

The location is fantastic – everything’s within walking distance or a quick tuktuk ride. The garden is gorgeous, and everyone who works or lives there is warm and helpful. The house is a bit separate from the other rooms, so you can either mingle or enjoy some quiet, and we even got to pick fresh fruit from the garden whenever we felt like it.
