I booked a three‑person Suite well in advance, selecting and paying for it based on the size and features shown online. When we arrived, we were given a standard double room that was noticeably smaller and had a third bed added, which was nothing like the Suite we had reserved. Even after we raised the issue immediately, the hotel refused to provide the room type we had booked, although the same Suite still appeared available online. This makes it seem like they keep higher‑category rooms listed to attract bookings, then downgrade guests on arrival hoping they’ll accept it. I found the whole situation unfair and unacceptable, especially since it left us in a difficult spot after traveling. Refusing the proper accommodation forced me to find another hotel at the last minute, incurring extra costs and hassle. The experience was very negative, not just because of the room but because of the mismatch between what was sold and what was delivered, and the way the complaint was handled.
The property was beautiful and spotless, and we enjoyed two wonderful days there with our little dog.

The facilities were well equipped with a pool, sauna, sun‑bathing area, ping‑pong and excellent event coordination for cross. We booked electric bikes to cycle to Lake Carezza and received friendly help and directions from the staff. The room was spacious, with a large terrace and sauna. Nothing was disliked.
