“Savona”

I chose this spot for a short stop before catching the Corsica Ferries shuttle from Savona; the port is a 30‑minute drive away. My brief stay was wonderful, and I commend Francesco and his team for running such a lovely inn. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and spacious; everything is decorated with artistic taste. The suites have a furnished balcony. Parking is right in front at no cost. A large garden is available to guests. Everyone was impeccably kind. I recommend the STANZE DEL MORO without hesitation for excellent value. It might be a bit far from the city.

We appreciated the welcome, the comfort, the cleanliness and the friendliness of our host. The location was ideal for a stopover night for us who were arriving from the Savone boat. Nothing else to mention.

Francesco is a host with a lot of heart :-) He tries to make every guest's stay as pleasant as possible. The dinner was extraordinary and the wine was great at a very affordable price. We, a family with two kids, had a lovely evening. At 5:30 am we could make coffee and pick up croissants, etc. Thank you very much, Francesco! The accommodation is old-fashioned, but warm and comfortable and perfect for the onward trip to the port of Savona. About 40 minutes to the port.
