The welcome was excellent, efficient, and charming, and the breakfast was very good in a lovely dining room, but the street was under construction.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a very pleasant terrace, yet being on the 4th floor without an elevator made it a bit tricky with the luggage, and there was no kettle available in the room.

I really liked the breakfast area; it was very clean and well‑maintained, which made the experience even more pleasant. However, the room was not at all what I had booked, it looked completely different from the photos shown during the reservation, there was also noise at night that disturbed my sleep, and overall the room did not feel cosy or comfortable.

Nothing much stood out, maybe the recent decor of the breakfast room, but the reception is fundamental and it was lacking, especially the cleanliness of the carpet.
