It was close to the beach, but after setting up the reservation I liked that housekeeping was included; we stayed for 3 nights and woke up all day, yet our room never got cleaned and we had to keep asking for clean towels.

From the outside the property looked tidy, but when I checked three different rooms at the Cozy Inn I was very disappointed. The photos online didn’t match reality. Every bathroom had black mould and stains on shower curtains and basins, and there were stains on the bedding too. The rooms seemed to have been cleaned—there was a smell of cleaner—but the facilities were in poor condition. I couldn’t stay in the rooms that were shown to me, and the staff wouldn’t refund my upfront payment.
