Well located. Not very clean; dust is clearly visible on the ceiling, hanging, and the room doors are black with dirt, so a little refresh would help.

The room was very nice; I liked the second floor and the fireplace. First, there was no elevator to the second floor. I have vertigo, and carrying bags up and down stairs can be unsafe for me. I could have asked for help, but there was only one staff member, and I don’t think it was specifically noted. Second, I needed to pee and couldn’t hold it while getting to my room; there was a women’s restroom downstairs, but when I tried to use my key card it didn’t work, and it was close to the time I reached my room. Third, I prepaid for my room through the booking website. I told the staff member I booked it the same day, and she didn’t see it. She first accused me of having the wrong hotel; I read off the room description and “with fireplace,” which told her it was the right place, and it took her a while to find my reservation but eventually did. She then asked for payment and I told her I paid through the app and had confirmation in my email and on my bank website. She said she didn’t see payment had been made. She once again took a while finding it but then said she saw it. I did not present a payment card nor give permission for her to process payment, but when I checked my bank website a little later, there was a charge for $166 and also an exact amount was processed by the hotel as well, Quality Inn. I went down to the front desk that night, but no one was there, only a sign indicating she was assisting another guest and would be right back. I left a detailed note stating the problem, my name and room number, and that I would return in a little bit to discuss it directly. When I came back down again, no one was at the desk. The next morning I checked my bank website again, and both charges were still listed as “pending,” but the money was still being held and unavailable to me. I tried calling the desk with no answer. Later I went downstairs and she was busy with other guests (different employee).

I stayed in a tidy, comfy room that came with a fridge and microwave, and it was conveniently near a gas station, the turnpike, and a coffee shop.

Convenient location, easy parking, comfortable bed, good-sized room. Breakfast was terrible. Bathroom floor was dirty. Not a good value for the room and amenities.

The on‑site truck parking was a definite plus.
