The location matched exactly the latitude and longitude given on the GPS. The owner was easy to communicate with, only a few hiccups at the entrance. It’s in a rural area and for me it was great because it was close to where I needed. The chalet had all the elements present in the photo and the space description. There was a small problem at the entrance that delayed check‑in, but otherwise there were no issues.

The place was quiet and calm, but the cleaning left a lot to be desired – the owner’s personal items were scattered everywhere, even personal use items like a bar soap in the shower, a toothbrush, and used cotton swabs on the sink counter. Clothes were left around the house, the internet didn’t work at all (neither Wi‑Fi nor Vivo 4G or 5G), and water and electricity often went out. Privacy was minimal with the caretaker’s house just a few meters away.

The view is far from the house and you have to walk a short trail to see it; the house itself offers no view. The location is quiet and calm, but the cleanliness was awful—when I arrived the bathroom had used soap, a toothbrush, cotton swabs, and other used items on the counter, and there were clothes left in the house. The internet didn’t work and there was no cell signal, which ruined my work schedule. I went three days without water because of plumbing issues, and the power would shut off almost daily. The house appeared neglected and unmaintained. The “owner’s” house is very close, which really compromised my privacy. The host didn’t try to fix anything and left it to me to deal with. I left early because I couldn’t work, and the owner refused to refund even the nightly rate.
