“Personnel accueillant et bonne localisation.”
The neighborhood is nice and the staff are okay, but the room and shower area feel a bit “old‑fashioned.”

The cleaning was lacking.

The staff were friendly and nice, and the location is right in the middle of the tourist spot, easy to get around. It’s also close to many convenience stores, both Carrefour and Franprix. However, no amenities kit was provided, and the Wi‑Fi was really bad—unstable and unreliable.

The quality of the welcome and the dialogue with the staff were exemplary, but the pillow was the only drawback: it caused a persistent stiff neck with pain across the upper half of my back, requiring an urgent osteopath appointment and a course of corticosteroids.

In the heart of Lyon, just a few minutes from the opera, the hotel is a convenient stop. The room is small but has a very cozy, pleasant vibe, with a bit of city view—at least the rooftops—from the fifth floor on the street side. The view is still somewhat thin, and the Nespresso machine mysteriously disappeared during breakfast hours, even though it’s available all day!
