The open‑air bath in the forest was great, and the food offered many varieties and was good. The room’s atmosphere was dark, the shoji paper was peeling, and it was unpleasant.

The food was good. The floor in the bathroom was problematic.

The meals were good, but the reservation was messed up and we were hit with extra fees, the closet doors wouldn’t open, and the kids spent ages at the crane game without winning anything—no other guests managed a win either, which would have been a nice memory if it had happened. The front desk was leaking, and overall it was a terrible experience; I can’t believe Oedo Onsen turned out like this—very disappointing.

The forest open-air bath was the best. From the room you can see a cemetery.
