The neighbourhood is very pleasant. Currently all the sidewalks are being repaved and fitted with parking bays. Parking is limited. The rooms have Czech sockets, which was surprising because larger hotels use the usual sockets. I would have liked at least one socket for Schuko plugs.

The apartment’s space is amazing, a true genius loci. The breakfast was underwhelming – it could have been more varied, the selection felt a bit narrow.

The room’s amenities matched the description, and I really enjoyed the garden view and the kitchenette access. I didn’t use the breakfast or wellness, though it was nice to see them in the offer. Reception was very convenient, available in person, by phone, or even via SMS. When I asked for fresh towels, they were handed to me right away. The guesthouse sits in a quiet residential area, but right next to it is a tram stop that offers a quick ride to the city centre, the train and bus stations, and even Ještěd – this was very handy since I was heading to the mountains almost every day. I recommend it and would gladly return. The room could have been refreshed a bit during my two‑week stay, such as a vacuum or a bathroom tidy‑up.
