“Se si vuole risparmiare ok”
When I arrived, the building looked pretty nice and the staff were welcoming, but the rooms were old, dated and unappealing.
“Peggio di così non esiste!”
There were absolutely no positives. The rooms were shabby, the beds seemed to have a net like from 50 years ago, and the shower didn’t work. When I brought it up with the manager, he explained that we had booked a B&B, which is why such a 4‑star‑labeled place could offer that level of service at €60 for a single room without breakfast—something I’ve never experienced before.

The spot is great, especially for Lucca Comics, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The price‑to‑quality ratio is solid, the double beds are spacious and the rooms are really clean. However, a few bathroom items need fixing, like the shower enclosure, and I wish they had provided hair dryers.
