“Zmiana hotelu na inny w ostatniej chwili”

I managed to get in touch with the staff quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, we couldn’t evaluate the original property because it was swapped for us just one or two days before departure. They offered us a hotel right in the center of Mikołajki and the team went to great lengths to compensate us for the change, for which we’re very grateful. Still, the whole situation was poorly handled. The replacement hotel was completely different from what we expected. As an older couple, we were looking for peace, privacy, and relaxation, yet we ended up with a hotel smack in the middle of Mikołajki. The parking is far away and the room is small. I hope this was a one‑off mistake, especially since they wouldn’t give us a reason for the switch, and that this hotel doesn’t engage in the dishonest booking cancellations for higher profit that have been heard about lately.

“Sehr schönes Hotel, direkt am See in ruhiger Lage”

The breakfast is served as a buffet and it’s very good. The only downside is that there’s only one coffee machine, so the line gets long and you’re forced to miss out on a second cup of coffee. The hotel is about 5 km from the town centre. If you want to go out in the evening to do something in Mikolajki or dine at a restaurant, you’ll always need a car.

We stayed in July. Thank you for a pleasant stay at the property. The staff were very kind and helpful. A big plus is the restaurant with delicious food.

“Fajny obiekt z dobrą kuchnią z nie komfortowym noclegiem.”

The restaurant is very tasty. The surroundings are nice. The rooms are too close together, which reduces comfort; you can hear what the neighbours are saying next to you.
