Convenient location, but the stay had problems. On the second day I found a small cockroach on the bed, and the air‑conditioner’s air‑direction flap was broken. During the following week the reception area was used by outside workers for meals.

The location is good, but the cleanliness was lacking.

The location is very convenient for exploring District 1, and the staff were helpful with money support. However, the room I booked was a bit far from the city center, so the price felt a bit high for the amenities, which didn’t feel worth it.

Getting to Saigon Centre and Ban Thien market is easy, but finding a halal restaurant was difficult.

Everything was fine except the Wi‑Fi, which was often unusable; I highlighted this issue to the hotel.
