The room was spotless and the location was great.
“Great location but not worth the money”
The spot is good, but if you don't have a car there's no drop‑off area in front of the building. The room was filthy, with mold in the shower and air‑con, dust everywhere, and a dirty toilet. The other room’s air‑con was on our balcony, so the noise and mold smell made it impossible to sleep. We were staying on a weekday and the tenants were getting into their garages at 6:45 am with a lot of kids.

The room was nice, clean, and cozy, and the view from the window was great. The AC saved us from the heat. It’s conveniently located near the metro and a tram stop.

The check‑in was smooth, the room was immaculate, the air‑conditioning system worked well, the bed was spacious, and the sheets were good; the bathroom was well equipped. The only thing I’d add is a kettle so you can brew tea conveniently.
