The bathroom was great, the view was decent, the room staff were friendly, and the terrace was dreamy. Unfortunately, there were construction noises from the neighboring property, but it was still bearable.

The new room was very beautiful with a great balcony and a superb view of Lake Garda! Really awesome! The Wi‑Fi was excellent. The pool and free parking were great! No complaints! Checkout was very easy by phone!

The staff were very attentive and friendly, the location was quiet even though it’s close to the main street, the view of the lake was wonderful and the pools were lovely. There was nothing really to complain about.

The view was nice and the rooms were very tidy. The building where the reception and breakfast are located feels very old and needs renovation. The breakfast selection was limited and I had to hunt down staff to get my coffee. The hotel room didn’t meet the expected standard. Breakfast is near a very busy road with a lot of noise. The hotel can’t do anything about that, but you should be aware. The staff were neither service‑oriented nor friendly in any way.
