“Comfortable bed, smelly water, dirty aircon, modern, bright, convenient”
The room was modern, bright, and quiet with a friendly dog roaming around, and the bed was very comfy with big windows. However, the check‑in and check‑out were awful; no staff were friendly or warm, and the front desk didn’t even ask how my stay went. The air conditioning was filthy—loud rattling, dirty filters that didn’t work until I cleaned them. The water in that area has an odor, so I wouldn’t brush my teeth with it. The room was overwhelmingly smelling of cigarettes, which I didn’t report because I was exhausted after a 4‑hour bike ride from Bangkok, but it’s clearly a housekeeping issue. The check‑out process was basically nonexistent; the staff lingered too long, so I just dropped the key and didn’t get a thank you or goodbye.
