The bed was super comfy and the room was huge, with a ton of amenities that the kids absolutely adored. The team—Paulo the director, MamaSamba, Boubakar, Janice, Dara, and several others—were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside was the food, which lacked variety, and the fact that each beach towel required a €20 deposit.

The rooms were very well maintained, the buffet service, the themed restaurants, the pools, and the friendliness, availability, and cheerfulness of most staff. The rooms were not very comfortable, even though they were spacious.

Nothing positive to mention. The facilities, food, and drinks were all terrible.

Despite the hotel’s massive size, loungers were always available for everyone and there were never large crowds during meals. The food was tasty and varied, and the pool water was consistently very clean. A few staff members, however, were not very friendly.
