The large TV greeted you with your name on the screen, the shower had a strong flow of water, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were quiet.

The place is always clean. Because I booked online they wouldn’t give me my Marriott reward points, which was very disappointing. So if I get a cheaper price by booking in line I don’t get reward points, but if I book at the hotel I have to pay a higher price and then I get my reward points. That doesn’t make sense. I am still staying at your facility, so why does it matter how I book???
