The room was perfect and they accommodated everything I needed, nothing was lacking.

The spot was perfect, close to a bunch of restaurants. The bed was comfy and the AC was spot on. The door rattled a lot, making me think someone was poking into my room. TV reception was fuzzy, the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped, there was no hand soap, and I had to request an ice bucket.

The only thing that worked was the staff. The place was infested with mildew and mold, the rooms were filthy, and drug addicts were openly getting high while cleaning. I paid $300 to stay in a drug‑infested, mildew‑laden hotel with my two kids and it felt unsafe. Key cards wouldn’t work on any exterior doors. Breakfast was nonexistent; everything was microwavable in a single microwave. Food was left in direct sunlight, so a lot of it was spoiled (fruits, dairy products). Bo didn’t clean my room or restock toiletries—there were none when I arrived. I had to ask for actual toilet paper. Fans didn’t work during a heat wave. The smoke alarm triggered every time someone took a hot shower. A rollaway was given but no linens, and they couldn’t provide any. I didn’t take pictures, but I should have. I have a lot more to say.
