The room smells of mold, the bed cover is stained, the cups are dirty, and the water pressure is low, though it’s near a shopping mall.

The bed is large and spacious, but the toilet is very dirty, the shower water is slow, the staff are not customer‑friendly, the room smells bad, and the female staff member was arrogant and unhelpful, giving me a terrible experience 👎🏻 – UNRECOMMENDED!!

The location is great—just a short walk to Mydin mall for basic necessities, plus nearby restaurants and convenience stores; the air‑con works fine and the mattress and pillows are nice and comfy. Cleanliness could be better: the toilet mirror needs a scrub, the sink is a bit clogged, and the shower floor is a bit slippery, but they do provide slippers. There’s no lift, which isn’t a problem for me since I packed lightly, but it would be hard for elderly guests or those with heavy luggage to reach the third floor.
